Karli and Savannah had already arranged a shoot with me, but a few days before we met up for their photos they texted me to ask if we could switch up their idea for their session. They had a surprise to share with everyone – they were pregnant! I was obviously super happy for them and was very down to change the direction of their photos. We weren’t just doing couples photos anymore – this was a lesbian pregnancy announcement now!
We met up at the McKinney Square and walked around downtown. This is one of my favorite spots to take couples because you can get such a casual, natural feel like you would on a date night, with each alleyway lined with a different mural.
