When I first talked to Brad + Britnee, they told me about their private ceremony they’d had the year before. They’d been together for “a long time” at that point and had welcomed two adorable kiddos to their team. They were ready to celebrate their marriage and were looking for a Fort Worth wedding photographer. When we discussed their vision for their wedding day, they talked about lots of colorful accents, dancing with their best friends from college, and focusing on their closest family. And that’s exactly what we did! They went with a six hour wedding day package with an engagement session, which we swapped out for a family session – exactly what they were looking for. Their closest friends kicked off speeches while their parents closed it out, leaving everyone in tears. Then the couple spoke directly to each other, reaffirming their vows in front of everyone. Guests watched from under the pavilion, hiding from the Texas sun, and celebrated their people. Then Britnee and Brad cut into the cutest cake from Pink Petunia Baking Co, which fit perfectly into their colorful, Mexico-inspired theme. DJ Joshua threw down some tunes and got everyone on the dance floor. They ended the night with the Fight Songs from both of their colleges and an informal sparkler exit.
